I agree that the tour just drops you off the hot springs hotel but they left is with someone who told us what our lunch options were. Communication could be better but overall, this was a GREAT day!”

“We had a terrible issue with the driver, who simply left us at the hotel when we went to pick up our luggage, then we had to grab an Uber to reach them and waited for aprox 50min at the meeting point. Also during the experience there was a lot of waiting and the driver was very unprofessional. We definitely don’t recommend it.”
