“Andrea was very informative and we made chocolate from start to finish doing everything from learning how to sort the beans, roast and shell the beans, to grinding and forming the bars. Even though my husband and I don't speak Spanish well at all, we got by just fine thanks to google translate and some written information she had. Would recommend!”

“The cooking class was amazing. Maritza met me outside my hotel and soon after we went to the market where she got fresh products for the lunch. We took a chicken bus over to her place and started cooking Pepián! She was extremely kind, and offered Jamaica and her homemade chips with beans and queso. I also had the chance to make some tortillas which was a fun experience as well. Her entire family is so kind and i recommend this cooking class to everyone!!!”
